Return & Refund Policy
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund.
- Domestic returns are accepted; buyer pays for return shipping.
- International returns are not accepted.
- Clearance items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- The return must be received within 30 DAYS from the purchase date (refunds will be issued for the product value only, shipping is non-refundable)
- Custom built shafts / special orders / or any customized and/or personalized items are non-refundable, non-returnable, or eligible for exchange.
- Shafts that are shipped with the tip prepped are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Items that have been altered in any way from their brand new condition; including but not limited to shafts that have been previously installed, tip prepped, cut, gripped, etc. are non-refundable, non-returnable, or eligible for exchange.
- Iron shafts purchased as a set (i.e. 4-PW, 5-PW, etc.) will not be eligible for a return if any of the shafts is missing or has been altered in any way from their brand new condition; including but not limited to shafts that have been previously installed, tip prepped, cut, gripped, etc.
- If you receive the incorrect product, please contact: support@thegolfclubtrader.com and we will do our best to correct your order including issue a pre-paid return shipping label at our own expense and sending out the correct product ASAP.
- Miura & Epon customs built golf clubs are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to their personalized nature. All sales are final. If your clubs do not arrive exactly as ordered. The Golf Club Trader will pay for inbound & outbound shipping costs and make any necessary adjustments or repairs free of charge.
- To start a return, please send us an email with your order # in the subject line & the reason why you are returning and we will verify that your order is eligible for a return and promptly send you the instructions & shipping address to our returns department. support@thegolfclubtrader.com
Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Shipments
- Most products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period; we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Items that arrived damaged or broken are subject to a shipping provider insurance claim, please send us pictures of the damage and we will replace the item free of charge.
- Please contact support@thegolfclubtrader.com with the order number in the subject line & a description of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it.
- The Golf Club Trader reserves the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion for any reason; including but not limited to: suspicion of fraudulent activity, shipping address not serviceable, item out of stock, pricing error, etc.
