Warranty

Most shafts are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, however please keep in mind that the coverage period can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to submit a warranty claim on your behalf since the shaft was purchased through us as an authorized dealer, to get started we will need the following information:

  • A few pictures. One of each: the shaft in full frame showing the shaft graphics & flex, a close-up of the shaft break, & the serial number which is typically located under the grip on the butt end of the shaft.
  • A brief description of the how the break occurred.
  • The date of purchase & the order #

Once all this information is received, we can reach out to our rep and start the process.  Please understand that the decision of the manufacturer to approve or deny the warranty claim is totally beyond our control.  If approved, there will be a small warranty replacement fee to cover minor expenses such as inbound/outbound shipping, assembly of the shaft with an adapter & grip, and also any fee imposed by the manufacturer.
