Domestic (USA) Shipping & Handling Time:
- All orders are processed & shipped typically within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Customized items such as shafts requiring assembly with an adapter & grip, please allow up to 5 business days to build your order custom to your specifications.
- Miura & Epon custom built golf clubs, please allow up to 7 business days for our club builders to assemble your clubs custom to your specifications.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- If the item you ordered is back-ordered, you will be contacted by a member of our team giving you an estimated time frame on when the item will be available & giving you the option to remain on back-order or to cancel & refund your order.
- *Free domestic shipping $99+ only applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. Hawaii, Alaska and all other US territories are subject to additional shipping charges. Certain overweight items may also be subject to additional shipping costs at our discretion.
- The Golf Club Trader reserves the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion for any reason; including but not limited to: suspicion of fraudulent activity, shipping address not serviceable, item out of stock, pricing error, etc.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- The Golf Club Trader is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed before, during, or after shipment of your order are the responsibility of the buyer (VAT, duties, taxes, customs fees, etc.).
