The AF-906 is replacing a very popular design in the AF-903 so the factory was challenged with how to improve a great product. The answer comes in a series of nuances which represent more of an evolution of what the 903 delivered. For starters, a wider sole than its predecessor creates a lower and deeper CG for higher ball flights along with better overall turf interaction.
The addition of a 26-degree loft option means that clubmakers can easily replace long and mid irons when blending sets with the AF-505 and the AF-706.
