My preference is for a wrap style grip and the WINN Tri-Tac Wrap is the best I've tried. Starting last season (I tried them out on a few clubs the yer before) - they are now on all of my clubs. They allow me to get the control and feel I need without placing an undue amount of pressure on the grip. They have worked well in hot, cold and wet conditions. The only downside is that they wear quickly and if you play routinely - expect your driver and other clubs that you use more often to need replacement multiple times per season. Finally, they look great - I use the copper ones for my irons and the grey for my woods.
